Quantity surveying & estimating

For contractors & estimators

Total a whole job, not one material at a time — these reuse the same engine to estimate and bill.

One engine, Indian defaults

Every quantity here runs on the same civil-estimating maths your site engineer uses — wet volume scaled to dry volume (1.54 for concrete, 1.33 for mortar and plaster), then split by the cement:sand:aggregate ratio of your chosen grade, and converted to 50 kg bags and cubic feet. Bricks, tiles, paint and steel use their own standard formulas. Each tool defaults to Indian units and lets you add a wastage allowance and your local rates for a cost.
